Mission Statement

Windsor Oaks Elementary PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at Windsor Oaks Elementary School by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. WOES PTO is dedicated to providing fun and educational activities for the students and families.

Welcome Parents!

Welcome to another year at Windsor Oaks Elementary! We want to get you acquainted with the new PTO and hopefully get you involved in making this a great year for our children. Now that we are a PTO (Parent Teacher Organization), it means any money that we take in over the year stays right here in our school. There are no state or national dues to be paid. Other than that, not a lot will change. Here's an overview of what to expect in the coming months.

Membership Information

Membership in the PTO will cost $5.00 per person. You can fill out a form and return it to school with your child/children if you wish to join. Any class who achieves 100% membership by October 15 will be rewarded with an ice cream party (100% means 1 member for each child in the class). Any family member, neighbor, or friend can join.

PTO Meetings and Monthly Newsletter

This year we will keep parents and staff informed with a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will have a calendar of events, volunteering opportunities, disbursements and BOX TOP$ information. The newsletter will be found on our Facebook page and Class Dojo.

PTO meetings will be held Nov. 21, Feb. 20 and May 22 at 6:00pm. These meetings will briefly explain our progress for the year and ongoing goals. We will also honor the Citizens of the Month.

Other Information

Fundraisers: These will be held to help pay for assemblies, field trips, school store supplies and other school programs that need support from the PTO.

BOX TOP$: We are collecting BOX TOP$ again this year. The class with the most BOX TOP$ at the end of the month will be awarded the traveling trophy, and a class treat. The teacher will be given a gift card good towards school supplies.

Volunteers: We need you! Volunteers are needed to make this a successful year.  We can use volunteers at any time of day or evening to help with PTO and school events, lunch room, school store, etc. We can utilize many special skills so please let us know if there are any hobbies you enjoy that might be helpful. We can also use help in the form of donations throughout the year if you are unable to help in person. Please contact us if you would like to be a volunteer.

Together we can make this a very fun and educational year for our children. Please join us in any way you can!
